Wanderlust Vibe Tribe Return Policy

We at Wanderlust Vibe Tribe want you to be happy with your purchase, that’s why if your products meet the guidelines found in our return policy below we will gladly replace the products or credit your account.

Note: You can only return a product or request an exchange if no more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the product, and you are in possession of a valid invoice, receipt or proof of purchase from Wanderlust Vibe Tribe.

Therefore, if you would like to process a return please carefully read our return policy below, and follow the instructions outlined in Section 9 to begin the returns process.

  1. Products Not Eligible For Return

To be eligible for a return your product needs to be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it in. However, there are exclusions to this rule. Below are the products that Wanderlust Vibe Tribe does not accept returns or exchanges for. These include:

  • Swimsuits, intimate wear, lingerie, bodysuits and underwear
  • Jewellery for piercings
  • Personalised products
  • Products that are on sale, marked as clearance or discounted
  1. Damaged Products

To keep our products at the prices you’ve come to expect Wanderlust Vibe Tribe has taken a unique and innovative approach to online shopping. What this means is that we work directly with the best suppliers in the world to bring you the best bohemian fashion, homeware, and accessories. Our partnership with these suppliers means we’re able to offer free international shipping, constant discounts, promos and outlet prices. This also means that many of the products you purchase from Wanderlust Vibe Tribe do not include a warranty or guarantee against damage or defect that’s occurred during shipping.

If your products have not been damaged from shipping or handling the provisions in the rest of this returns policy applies.

  1. Coupons and Discounts

From time to time Wanderlust Vibe Tribe will offer discounts and coupons. The two types of coupons we offer include a coupon with a fixed amount of discount e.g $5 off (“Fixed Coupon”) and a coupon with a percentage discount (“Percentage Coupon”).

If you purchase a product(s) using a Fixed Coupon and then return these product(s) the value of the Fixed Coupon will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned product(s), and we will credit your account with the balance.

If you purchase a product(s) using a Percentage Coupon and then return these product(s) the value of the discount received using the Percentage Coupon will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned product(s), and we will credit your account with the balance if there is any.

  1. Fees and Charges

If you return a defective product to us but you fail to return the accompanying accessories of the product(s) that were sold with that product, we are entitled to refuse the return, to only replace the product that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you the amount of our estimate of value.

  1. Gifts

If you received products purchased on Wanderlust Vibe Tribe as a gift and the product has been directly mailed to you, you should keep the proof of purchase or receipt you received to be eligible for a return. After successfully processing your return you will receive a gift credit from Wanderlust Vibe Tribe.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, and the item was directly shipped to the gift giver you may not be eligible for return. However, if you have proof of purchase, receipt or invoice and your purchase meets the other provisions of this return policy your return will be refunded to the gift giver.

  1. Shipping Costs

When you return a product to Wanderlust Vibe Tribe or request an exchange you will be liable for the cost of shipping the product(s) to our return address. The cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed or refunded.

In addition, when returning a product to Wanderlust Vibe Tribe be sure to use the mailing details given in section 9 and not the details of the mailing address on the package itself.

Ensure you email prior to initiating a return, and include the details of the return, including the name of the product, the price of the product, when you purchased it and the reason for your return to ensure your return is processed expediently.
